Board of Trustees Meeting 9/18/2021 - 11:15 am at Windswept
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Ocean Beach will hold a Board Meeting on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 11:15AM and a Public Hearing at 11:30 AM for the adoption of Local Law 04 of 2021 to opt-out of allowing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments to locate and operate within the Village boundaries. The Meetings will be conducted at Windswept, in person and via Webex for viewing. In-person attendees must provide proof of vaccination and/or current negative COVID test, practice social distancing and wear a face mask.
