Board of Trustees Meeting March 22, 2025 - 11:15 am @ the Boat House & via Zoom

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Incorporated Village of Ocean Beach will hold a Board of Trustees meeting on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 11:15 AM.  The Meeting will be conducted in-person at the Boat House, 625-632 Bayberry Walk, Ocean Beach, NY and also via Zoom video/teleconference. This will be an official meeting.  All interested persons are welcome to attend.

• 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Executive Session

• 11:15 AM - General Session

• 11:30 AM - Public Hearings

Public Hearings are as follows:

1.      SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 326: MARCO ARMENT, – TROSS, INC., 520-522 DEHNHOFF WALK, #8, OCEAN BEACH, NEW YORK Change of ownership/site plan review. §164-32–Uses permitted by special permit. §164-36 – Site Plan Review.

2.      SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 327: FRANKIE BRAGAGLIA, – OCEAN BEACH CREW INC., 926-929 EVERGREEN WALK, OCEAN BEACH, NEW YORK change of ownership/site plan review. §164-32–Uses permitted by special permit. §164-36 – Site Plan Review.
