  • $125 - Bike Riding offenses – Code(s) §56-5

  • $125 - Dog or Cat offenses (ex: Running at large) – Code(s) §76-1

  • $125 - Golf Cart/Driving Offenses - Code(s) §156-1 thru 156-17

  • $250 - Illegal Docking - Code(s) §59-5

  • $500 - Public Urination Code §123-1c-1

  • $300 - Smoking Prohibited §123-19

THIS COURT ONLY ACCEPTS SERVICE BY MAIL (fax & email are not acceptable). To request an adjournment/reschedule on your case, a written request must be received a minimum of 7 days in advance. Requests made within 7 days will not be accepted by the court.

Fines are payable by CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER only. We accept MasterCard and Visa (2.99% service charge), in person or by telephone only. If you pay your fine prior to your court date, your appearance is not required in court. Late fees are assessed every 30 days/$25 for a maximum or 90 days/$75 per offense.
