PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Incorporated Village of Ocean Beach will hold a Board of Trustees meeting on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 11:15 AM. The Meeting will be conducted in-person at the Boat House, 625-632 Bayberry Walk, Ocean Beach, NY and also via Zoom video/teleconference. This will be an official meeting. All interested persons are welcome to attend.

Public Hearings are as follows:
1.) PUBLIC HEARING FINAL BUDGET 2025/2026
2.) LOCAL LAW 03 OF 2025 – AMEND CHAPTER A164: Concerning Continuation or Change of Nonconforming Uses and/or structures
3.) SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 331: JOSEPH RUBENSTEIN, – OB DOUGHBOYS INC., 317 BAY WALK, OCEAN BEACH, NEW YORK to consider Special Use Permit for continued use as a pizzeria and site plan review. §164-32–Uses permitted by special permit. §164-36 – Site Plan Review.
